This snowmobile safety awareness program has been produced by the International Association of Snowmobile Administrators (IASA) with financial assistance from the Recreational Trails Program administered by the U.S. Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). It is adapted with permission from the Wisconsin Snowmobile Safety Certification Course which was developed by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (Copyright 2002, Version 7.02).

The IASA Safety Education Committee and the American Council of Snowmobile Associations (ACSA), as well as the individuals within those organizations are recognized for their project leadership, coordination, input and support in the development of this safety awareness program.
